HIGHLIGHTSCare UK: Nuparc were engaged to provide on site RPO and HR support services. The RPO programme was for the delivery of 150 medical staff for the Manchester CATS operation and managed both on and off site. Nuparc set up and managed all candidate attraction channels (advertising, job boards, internal and agency sources) and implemented a recruitment process and candidate management program, including the checking of all registrations and references.
Hyder Consulting: Nuparc won a tender to supply full neutral vendor RPO services. Nuparc established an off site team to provide all permanent staff through direct sourcing channels and technical agency management. In the first year 100+ agencies had been migrated and over one hundred permanent engineering staff were recruited on a yearly basis. As part of this solution, a talent management platform was implemented across all offices giving on line vacancy creation and both a manager and recruitment agency portal. A key result was the provision of management information to the business.
Taylor Woodrow: Nuparc were awarded by tender the RPO contract for Taylor Woodrow. This was an off site solution with up to 8 staff supporting the whole UK Results included:
- Provision of a robust sourcing strategy with internet, database and agency channels.
- A reduction in recruitment spend of over £1M per annum.
- The placement of 450 permanent staff and 1200 temporary staff per annum.
- A temporary worker usage program delivered £2M of savings in year 2.
- Provision of monthly MI covering all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Reduction in the recruitment cycle time from 15 to 4.2 weeks
- Soft savings of approximately 5,000 recruitment management hours per annum.
